Maltese Minister of Transport Hon Chris Bonett and MISA's Secretary General attended the ICS summit in Hong Kong SAR ICS CEM Hubs : MISA facilitated a meeting between the International Chamber of Shipping (ICS) and the Maltese Energy Minister Hon.
